Terms & Conditions:
1- All designs are Seven Carats originals and 100% one of a kind.
2- Each design/item is coded with its personalized serial number for Seven Carats Authentication.
3- All crystals are guaranteed Swarovski crystals and nothing less.
4- We only restore fallen crystals free of charge if the lost crystals were not caused by dropping your mobile/item. Any accidental damages will be charged at a minimal unconditional fee.
5- Please pay half the amount upon your placement of order and remaining half upon delivery.
6- All items given by customers remain under custody of Seven Carats until the payments have been settled in full.
7- We do not provide refunds.
8- We ship to anywhere in the world via DHL. Methods of payments can be discussed upon your inquiry.
